Thanks to the information provided by the client we are able to advise and offer him/her the best possible option in the manufacture of the mould, as well as the fittest estimate for its manufacture.

Depending on the characteristics of the mould, we take care of the manufacturing of the model needed for its casting, whether in wood, porex, resin or other materials.

What can we do with outdated moulds?

We offer you the possibility to recycle them. Melting back the moulds to reuse them becomes a significant saving in manufacturing costs and provides our customers with a very advantageous disposal alternative, turning the cost of disposal into a saving.

Installation of cooling coils

The installation of coils to cool or heat moulds is one of the most requested services by our customers.

We are specialized in the installation of these coils, no matter the diameter and length required.

Post-casting services

Once the piece is cast, we offer the possibility of carrying out the type of finishing required by the customer. You can opt for a cast iron finish or, if necessary, polishing or the machining of the workpiece.

It is also possible to carry out some kind of treatment in order to improve the physical or chemical properties of the casted mould.

Transport

We offer our own transportation service within our province.

We collect your models and deliver the finished workpiece personally to you.

For the rest of the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, we can also arrange transport, services both for collection and delivery.
