Our facilities
We have a work surface of 1200 m2 distributed in 3 halls and a workforce of 15, all properly trained in order to guarantee the quality of our moulds.
Machinery
In Alba-Aljama we have the necessary means and machinery to guarantee the quality standards required by our customers. Our production capacity is 500 tons per year with a moulding capacity of 3 tons per piece for Aluminium, and 10 tons for Zamak. This let us adapt to any need, weight or volume raised by our customers, regardless of the applications to which the moulds are intended.
Moulding machinery
Two chemical sand mixer with a discharging volume of up to 14 tons/hour.
One recycling machine for sand that allow us to reuse it for several times.
Melting furnaces
We currently have one 300l-capacity electric furnace, two 300l-capacity gas furnaces and one 150l-capacity gas furnace
Specialized machinery
We also have the necessary tools and machinery to carry out the after-casting processes after casting, such as blasting or shot blasting, as well as the final details required by the customer (regarding the casting, the polishing, etc.).
